Step 1: How a launch is put together
Collection. The Hedera token. The NFTs you sell sit in one minting wallet, usually the treasury. The wallet is stored on the collection, so every launch of that collection shares it. Launch. The mint event: name, artwork, description, mint type. One launch holds one pool of NFTs. Stages. The schedule. Each stage is Whitelist or Public, with its own dates, price and limits. Add as many as you need. Whitelists hang off a Whitelist stage. Each stage has its own list, built from pasted wallets, token gates, or both.
| Mint type | What the collector does | Notes |
|---|---|---|
Hide NFT from user when minting. The collector sees the NFT only after the mint (random reveal). Keep it on unless rarity does not matter for your collection. SentX platform only. Hides the launch from third-party apps that read the public SentX API. It stays fully public on sentx.io. Not a privacy setting. Minting wallet approval. The minting wallet has to approve the launchpad to move NFTs out of it. The launch dialog shows the approval live and offers a one-click authorize if it is missing or was revoked.

It is a snapshot. Holders are recorded when you build. Press Rescan (free) right before the stage opens. Rebuilding only ever adds spots; nobody loses one. Several collections: any one qualifies. A wallet needs at least one of the gated collections. Spots from different gates add up. Removing a gate removes its wallets from the stage. The pricing reviewed on September 11, 2026 includes 10,000 token-gated serials per launch across all stages, then $0.25 per 1,000. Check the Serial Budget meter and quote before you build. Large builds run in the background with live progress. Close the dialog and come back.

Step 4: What a collector sees, and the rules at mint time
The stage must be live. Start and end are checked on the server, in UTC. The wallet must be on the whitelist for a Whitelist stage. One transaction is at most Max Simultaneous NFTs per mint. Wallet total is at most its spots, capped by the per-user limit. Anti-whale taper. A single transaction can take at most 10% of what is left in the pool. With fewer than 20 NFTs left, every mint is a single. Nobody sweeps the tail. Minted NFTs show up on the collection's marketplace page straight away. Unminted ones stay in your wallet.

Step 5: Setups that work

Step 7: Launch-day checklist
Before the first stage opens
Minting wallet holds the NFTs and shows approved in the launch dialog. Each whitelist stage has wallets, and token gates were rescanned within the last day. Limit max mints per user is set on any stage that uses Per NFT held. Dates are right in your local time. The countdown on the stage page agrees. If you use Restrict access to whitelisted wallets, your own wallet is on the list. Stage links, not the collection link, are what you post. Stages are published. The launch is published.
